Position: The Battery Lab Technician plays a critical hands-on role in Coreshell’s cell development program. You will be responsible for the day-to-day fabrication of developmental electrodes and cells, as well as executing electrochemical testing programs that generate the data our scientists need to advance next-generation battery chemistries. This is a highly collaborative, lab-intensive role suited for a technically skilled individual who takes pride in precision and consistency.

Required Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field is preferred. Candidates with an Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training combined with directly relevant laboratory experience will also be considered.
Additional: This role requires sustained work in a laboratory environment involving chemicals, solvents, and battery materials. Proper PPE and safety procedures must be followed at all times. Some weekend or extended-hours work may be required to support ongoing test programs.
